“I don’t have a lot of money, I’m not very well educated, I don’t want to have kids, I can’t afford to live in the city.
And I have no real hope of getting any jobs.
I can barely find work as a waitress.
I’m still kind of embarrassed by how I look, and I can only do the work that I can do.”
“I am pretty much homeless now,” he said, describing how he lives on the streets, where he doesn’t have any access to a bank or credit cards, and has no job or prospects of getting one.
“I’m basically just living on my own, sleeping on the street, sleeping with my dog, taking the bus, taking taxis.
I have nowhere to go.
It’s just a really horrible situation.”
“I don.t know how to explain it to my children, because they’re so confused by it.
It makes them very sad, because I can feel it.
I’ve been on the subway since six months.
I was on the train for six months, and now I’m on the bus for a week, and it’s just so bad.”
The photographer was on his way to work when he was stopped and questioned by police, who claimed he had committed a crime, and he was arrested.
He is now facing charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled substance.
“It was very scary,” he told BuzzFeed News.
“My wife and I were going to a party, and there were cops everywhere.
I went in and said ‘Excuse me, can I go inside?
Can I go into the apartment?’
And they said ‘No, it’s for police’.
They said ‘Look, you need to go inside.'”
“I was really worried about how I was going to get arrested.
I thought, oh my God, I might get in trouble for having drugs in the apartment.
It was scary.
It just made me think, you know, how stupid I am.”
He was charged with possession of marijuana with intent and possession for the purpose of trafficking, and is currently awaiting trial.
He was released on $25,000 bail and is expected to appear in court again next month.
The photographer said he was inspired by his own experiences as a drug addict to write his book, and that his story is representative of the experiences of many drug users and their families.
“I wanted to show the other people, especially young people, that the drug problem doesn’t end with drugs, it continues, and they have a much harder time,” he explained.
“Because, you see, it took me three years to get sober, and my family has been there for me.
They’ve been there.
They see me struggle with the drug, but they still see me, and, you can see it in their eyes, that they’re not just seeing a drug problem, they see their family and they see themselves.
It shows that we can be strong.
That we can overcome our addiction.
That is something that all of us have to fight for, because you don’t get the chance to do it unless you’ve had a family there, or if you’ve been a part of a group of people who have had a drug crisis, or a family who has been a drug user.”
In the video, the photographer says he wants his book to be “the beginning of a new conversation, and a conversation that looks at the drug problems in a different way, because we can’t talk about it in a way that doesn’t make it look like a tragedy.”
“Drug addiction isn’t a bad thing.
It doesn’t mean you’re a bad person.
It means you have a drug addiction,” he added.
“But it’s something that we as a society have to change, because it’s a serious problem.
It needs to be addressed, and we can get on with it.”
